Text case converter
What each format is for
UPPERCASE and lowercase standardize titles, names and copied text; Sentence case capitalizes only the start of each sentence; Title Case capitalizes every word. camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, CONSTANT_CASE, kebab-case and dot.case are used in programming, URLs and file names: each line becomes one identifier. Tick "remove accents" to get names without special characters.
The conversion runs in your browser: your text is never sent or stored.

The available formats
UPPERCASE and lowercase change every letter. Sentence case keeps only the first letter of each sentence capitalized and Title Case capitalizes every word. For programming there are camelCase (variableName), PascalCase (ClassName), snake_case (variable_name), CONSTANT_CASE (CONSTANT_NAME), kebab-case (url-slug) and dot.case (config.key). There are also aLtErNaTiNg and iNVERSE, popular in memes and social media.
Usage tips
In the programming formats each line of the text becomes a separate identifier, which is ideal for converting a list of names at once. With "remove accents", "Ação de Usuário" becomes "acao_de_usuario", useful for URLs and file names.
- Fix text typed with Caps Lock on
- Standardize article titles and product names
- Generate URL slugs in kebab-case
- Convert column and variable names between styles
